In a 6-3 decision that Justice Sotomayor calls an “abuse of power” by the Supreme Court which turns the nature of Due Process on its head, and rewards the Trump Administration’s flagrant violation of federal court orders, the Supreme Court just ruled that human beings without due process or even limited notice can be deported to dangerous countries they are not even from, like South Sudan and Libya.
