Grounding is something I am so passionate about because, as a regular practice, it’s one of the easiest, most accessible, and FREE methods for calming an overactive mind, moving through stress, soothing a cathartic healing process, and tapping into the natural equilibrium of the Universe. As a witchcraft mentor I’m an even bigger advocate of grounding because it’s also one of the easiest, most accessible, and FREE methods for releasing energy you’ve borrowed from the Universe back out for its highest use elsewhere. This simple concept has become a pillar of my practice, my philosophies on magick and energetics, and how I approach my life as a whole.
