I think one of the most frequently-discussed conversations we have inside That Witch School is the ebb and flow of life and how it impacts our witchcraft practice. When we’re getting hit hard by the external stressors and we find ourselves not having or not making the same kind of time we usually do for working with our tarot cards, studying astrology, tending to our altar, meditating—you name it. There’s a natural guilt that arises, and I personally remember in the first years of my spiritual practice this would trigger comparison cycles and imposter syndrome.
