About this episode
EPISODE 23 - Clark, Hyung, and John question if it's the beginning of the end for Topps as the iconic company loses another trading card license – this time it's the WWE trading card license, which will now go to Panini America. Then moving on to this week's "Hobby Headlines," the guys get prepared for the local card show (the Sports Card Expo in Toronto) and offer tips on how to best prepare for any in-person card shows (ie. bring lots of cash and know relative comps of the cards you're looking to buy.) The boys then introduce a new segment called, "Double Down" in which they choose a card or player they are still super bullish on and looking to buy more of. Last but not least, Clark, Hyung and John, play "Pick One -the regular edition" with each of them offering two cards or players and then debating which one they would rather invest in. The Pick One pairs in this episode are: Fernando Tatis Sapphire rookie card vs. Fernando Tatis Foilboard rookie card; Rip for free multiple Panini Prizm basketball boxes vs. Rip for free one Panini Flawless basketball box; and Luka Doncic Silver Prizm rookie card (PSA 8) vs. Luka Doncic Base Prizm rookie card (PSA 10).
