Have 'things' gotten better? Well tune in and find out! **Just a quick clarification: The MD-80 elevators are tab-driven. That is, the yokes aren’t mechanically linked to the elevators. They connect to small, tabs hinged at the rear of control surfaces that serve as elevators. During flight, movement of the tabs results in the angle of the elevators changing** UPDATE 10-19-21: I mentioned, "Automatic Thrust Reverse System" What I MEANT to say was: "Automatic Reserve Thrust" system.
