Matt Dahlia (formerly "Matt Dajer") is the cofounder of Yes Theory, a YouTube channel and community centered around "seeking discomfort." In this interview, Matt opens up about quitting YouTube, struggling with anxiety, evolving his friendships, and going through spiritual growth. After growing a massively successful endeavour, Matt decided to leave Yes Theory to find himself. Before, Matt had placed all his worthiness and success on the outside from running an Iron Man to going on blind dates with girls.
