The song describes her story of overcoming anorexia and her struggles with body image, and strives to help others feel less alone if they have struggled with similar problems. Healing is possible. She wanted to do something similar to Project Semicolon, but geared toward anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, or body image issues. Instead of a semicolon, she is inviting people to get a tattoo of a tooth.
