What sound do you sleep to? We’ve talked before about white noise and pink noise and brown noise, but there is a new trend called "Solfeggio Frequencies." They are 9 specific sound frequencies believed to have healing and balancing effects on the body, mind, and spirit. So not only do they relax you and help you sleep, they supposedly have healing properties too.
