The competitor in this summer’s (history’s?) most famous time trial and 2020 Olympian Jake Mitchell, joins Chris Plumb on this week’s episode of Off the Deck. Jake is starting his sophomore year at the University of Michigan where he majors in Biology. Chris and Jake talk through his training at Carmel Swim Club leading up to Olympic Trials, his mindset entering the meet, and his perspective on his 400 Free prelims and finals races.
