AJ was the 1st women to win a Rawlings Gold Glove and she talks about how experience was. She talks about the differences in softball and baseball and how approaches at the plate are much different. She talks about how women's softball can grow like the WNBA and how hopefully MLB will jump aboard to make that happen.
