This week Elma’s said ‘toodlepip’ to Scaz & Mo, as she’s crossed the Severn Bridge to the beating heart of Welsh Rugby, somewhere two Red Roses would not be welcomed with open arms - especially not ahead of a Wales England match up in the Six Nations… Head Coach Ioan Cunningham shows Elma around the Elite Training Centre at The Vale Resort, where both Welsh international sides call home. She gets a behind the scenes look at all the state of the art facilities including the cryo chamber, the judo zone, and the team room to see where Wales have built their first couple of victories in the Six Nations.
