Denver’s minimum wage is going up to $17.29 starting in January, and with restaurants already on the brink, Denverites can . not . stop . talking about tipping. Many local restaurants are adopting service fees to balance things out, but according to a new survey, Denverites are feeling “ tipping fatigue .” What can be done? Host Bree Davies, newsletter editor Peyton Garcia, and producer Paul Karolyi are digging into this multi-faceted problem and looking at some new ideas local restaurants have tried to fix it. Plus!
