Daniel Dye is here this week to chop it up a bit about his early career in racing and his low-key love for golf. We get into some fast talk out the gate while hearing the story of his dad owning Roberto Clemente’s car that he drove to the airport before the plane crash. The car gets uncovered every 21st of the month, and it’s clear that cars and racing is in his DNA. He fills us in on life on the track and what a race means to him. We get a look inside the weekend and how the operations run when it's race time…like a 14-second four-tire change and refuel. We talk about road rage and what that means to him on a normal road. We turn the episode over to some golf talk and hear why he flies himself to Pinehurst on the reg. Different type of episode on Chasin’ Birdies today but it’s a great one.
