At first, she was at 67% calm, certain, and confident — and shooting mid-80s. As she improved that number to 76%, she was shooting low-80s. Then she hit 92% calm, certain, and confident — and shot 76. But here's what really drove it home: when she stopped tracking, her numbers went back up. The tool only worked when she used it.
