For this week, we turn our attention to the newly released New Riff 8 Year Old Bourbon. As we all know, it takes time to make good bourbon. Since 2018, New Riff has only released 4-5 year old bourbon. We've been clamoring for older stuff for YEARS! Was it worth the wait? You'll have to listen to find out.
