Both these guys are juggling many balls but their output is profound and steady, and the Levitation Festival is a celebration of the exciting Psych-Rock movement that has been spearheaded by The Black Angels. These two guys have known each other since their high schools days and have an easy going rapport, which makes this a really fun listen. It's also really exciting to learn more about Levitation's origins, how Alex successfully straddles left-brain and right-brain worlds simultaneously, and how Rob's artistic background has pushed Levitation's aesthetic to greater heights.
