JD's latest album, Mind Control, is his Covid-era album and a striking one at that; a forced hiatus from road life enabled him to dig into his deep musical reserves to create a gorgeous album revealing for JD the healing powers of musical creation. A highly in-demand session player, JD has added his masterful playing on tons of albums, and even recently contributed to the movie soundtrack for Baz Luhrmann's upcoming Elvis biopic.
