In 1993, Joel was diagnosed with IBS, (Irritable bowel syndrome). This became a complete lifestyle change and made him look at food in a different manner. Joel began doing research as well as physical training. Now with his new found love of sporting clays, he uses that knowledge of proper diet to keep him going through tournaments.....and he shares his knowledge right here with you!
