Tom plays a pivotal role in the new LTA Youth Schools initiative which is designed to give huge numbers of primary school children the chance to give our brilliant game a go. With a £250 voucher available to primary schools to spend on coaching or equipment as part of the programme, it was brilliant to hear how well the programme is going and learn about Tom's journey to becoming LTA Head of Education and Community.
