Rockefeller Foundation: We will lift 1 billion people out of poverty over a decade

" The Rockefeller Foundation and the IKEA Foundation join forces to set up a historic $1 billion global platform to fight climate change and energy poverty", says Dr. Rajiv Shah, President of the Rockefeller Foundation . "The platform aims to reduce 1 billion tons of greenhouse gas emissions and to empower 1 billion people with distributed renewable energy."
