001. You Are Enough

If there is just one thing you remember hearing me say, I hope it is this: “You. Are. Enough.” . . . Girls, I am thrilled you are here for the very first episode of 10 for Teens + Tweens! If I could shout something from the mountaintops, it would be, "Girls, you are enough!" I chose that message because 1) it's true, and 2) sometimes we hear messages that say, "You are not enough." This is negative self-talk and, frankly, it stinks. So let's talk about the tools to help: challenging negative self-talk, and then reframing thoughts to positive self-talk. . . .
