My guest is F.P. Santangelo who played in the Bigs for 6 seasons. F.P. moved from Michigan to El Dorado Hills, CA at age 7 and is the definition of hard work in perseverance. We began the conversation talking about his early years that led him to pro ball. In 1995 F.P. made his major league debut with the Expos and finished 4th in NL Rookie of the Year voting. in 2001 F.P. was on the A's and played the Yankees in the playoffs 4 weeks after 9-11. His story about taking the field in Yankee Stadium for Game 1 is bone chilling. We then talk about his broadcast career which now has him as a talk show host at KNBR in SF.
