About this episode
If you want an example of what's wrong with this country, you'd be hard pressed to find a better example than ESPN. During their annual awards show this week they gave the Arthur Ashe Courage award to The US Women's Soccer team for their equal pay pursuit. ESPN then aired a video of former host and now FOX News host Will Cain from 2019. The only problem was ESPN edited the video and left out most of the things that Cain said about this topic as I play back his comments from 2019 on ESPN. Disgraceful! I then read an excerpt from Phil Mushnick's recent column in the NY Post talking about the injustice of ESPN's firing of tennis commentator Doug Adler. I had Doug on Episode 27 and play part of the interview I had with him. The message was quite simple. People in this country continue to turn their heads and remain silent about things that matter. Why isn't there more outrage towards ESPN for deliberately smearing Will Cain in front of a sellout crowd and national TV audience? Enjoy the episode! Learn more about your ad choices.
