About this episode
It has not been a good few days for the NFL. Last week former Dolphins coach Brian Flores filed a class action lawsuit in Federal Court in Manhattan. Sunday Saints running back Alvin Kamara was arrested and charged with battery resulting in significant bodily harm. Subsequent surveillance video does not paint a favorable picture for Kamara. These arrests continue to be alarming for the NFL.. While the league has enjoyed excellent TV ratings it may be time for a new commissioner. Roger Goodell has made a lot of money for the owners, but his track record on social issues, domestic violence punishments among other things hasn't been good. I also talk about the reckless and absurd Stephen A. Smith of ESPN who yesterday on First Take pretty much threatened former NY Giant Tiki Barber, now a talk show host at WFAN in New York. It was embarrassing to say the least. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
