Grant's Rant: 6-6-22 "Pride Night" Backfires On Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays had "Pride Night" on Saturday. As part of the celebration, they put rainbow-colored patches on the uniforms. That was not ok with five of the players including pitcher Jason Adam. Adam spoke on behalf of the other four players and said it was a faith-based decision. He also made it very clear he wants people of the LBGTQA+ to "feel safe and welcome here". As you can imagine Adam and the other four players are being attacked by the "woke" mob and has put the Rays in a tough spot. My question is why put the logo on the uniform in the first place?
