Carolyn touched on her slow but steady comeback from injury that culminated in a few fall races, including her first cross country race in over 30 years! We cap things off with a discussion on Shalane Flanagan’s challenging endeavour to complete all six world major marathons in under 3 hours, despite them all taking place within a six week period of time, and weigh in on Big’s Backyard Ultra that was taking place live at the time of this recording.
