Peptide usage has the potential aiding with anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and muscle building properties. Today, I am just scratching the surface of this complex topic. I will look at peptides regarding IGF-1 (growth hormone) and how keeping optimal levels can help with weight loss. I especially wanted to share some information regarding how certain peptides can increase and maintain healthy growth hormone levels.
