Buffy S3 E9: "The Wish"/Gilmore Girls S3 E9: "A Deep-Fried Korean Thanksgiving" The Gilmores must struggle through FOUR Thanksgiving dinners, and let's just say a familiar face from Sunnydale is ALSO hosting a dinner party. Cordelia wishes a certain powerful female out of her life, while try as she might, Lorelai can't seem to wish away her parents. Lane successfully executes a ruse involving her love interest (whose name Bryan totally remembers). Cordelia executes a less -thought-out romantic ruse (involving making boy jealous by having another boy look at her teeth.) And Cthulhu nearly ruins Buffy's sad picnic, but Sookie's sad picnic is made a little better by alcohol.
