Luckily Buffy caught the town flu and is able to save the day. Joyce is very not concerned with Buffy's oddly close relationship with her school librarian. And apparently Willow is secretly a doctor? Lorelai and Puppy Dog Dean work very hard to keep Dean and Rory's relationship afloat, but Rory's got other plans, like pouring over Jess's big chunky pastel handwriting in her book margins.
