In this episode, Andy Fitzell and Steve Smith discuss Peter Burwash and his company Peter Burwash International (PBI). Episode 32 is the first of a two-part series. Peter is identified as one of the pillars of the GreatBase Tennis (GBT) curriculum. Throughout the 1980s, Peter and leaders of PBI conducted training sessions for Steve and his students. GBT has assembled volumes of information, ideas, and insights over the years to benefit those who are interested in improving both as a player and as a teacher. We are pleased to reflect upon all the ways that Peter and PBI contributed to the GBT. Steve has stated, "Peter Burwash should be inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame for the positive impact he has on the tennis industry."
