On the 112th episode of the GreatBase Tennis podcast, Steve Smith has a conversation with Nicole Erickson. She is the Mental Performance Coach for the FM Tennis Performance Center. After suffering two severe knee injuries while playing scholastic basketball, Nicole transferred her energy into sports psychology. To prepare for her new passion she completed two degrees as well as numerous certifications and internships. She has worked with all types of athletes, both on an individual basis and a team format. Over the last year, Nicole has worked with players, parents and coaches who have travelled to work with Steve and the feedback regarding her work has been outstanding.
