Knowing how powerful our underlying, limiting beliefs can be and how far removed our beliefs may be from who we are meant to be, she shares how you can clear limiting beliefs through self-awareness and self-definition. Self-definition is also a part of that transformative process. Much of the time, our self-definition comes from things we've learned as children. We make assumptions from the things we were told. We may take queues from the "contribution channels" we've learned from our parents, our environment, our friends, even where we were born. All of these things can contribute to how we define ourselves. Marta shares how we can uncover those layers by looking at what we feel is a problem in our life that we want to address. This process can be different for each one of us. Marta helps women earn how to like themselves as well as love themselves. The stories we tell ourselves may not just show us that we don't love ourselves, but that we don't even like ourselves. She takes her clients through a process to help them learn how to love and like themselves. The simplest thing a person can do is to look at themselves in the mirror – it's difficult for some of us, in the beginning, to say nice things to ourselves – but begin with looking into your own eyes. Although it may be hard, Marta shares the simplest tips on how to overcome that without fear. A huge part of the process is self-forgiveness.
