After the birth of her first child, Anne found herself (as many women do) fighting a difficult battle with postpartum depression.-It was through her research that Anne first discovered that saffron was shown to be an effective mood enhancer. After incorporating saffron into her routine, things took a luminous turn. Not only did Anne’s depression symptoms lift (better moods, less anxiety, better sleep and beyond), but she also began to notice that her skin had become more radiant over time.-As a Vietnamese immigrant, Anne also hopes to impart to others within her community the hope, inspiration, and ambition that she was able to channel from her background into her vision for House of M Beauty.
