Kaile is a long time listener of the podcast and has her own unique fertility journey. After suspecting PCOS she took Caitlin's course which helped her better understand her body, fertility and her hormones. In this episode, Kaile talks about how important it was to cut out coffee, alcohol and other bad habits to help her hormones. She worked on moving her body daily and switching to a good quality prenatal. Once she conceived her daughter Kaile battled with HG, hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition where you vomit nonstop during pregnancy. After losing 15 lbs duribng her pregnancy she ultimately made the decision to take anti-nausea medication to ensure she was eating enough for her growing baby.
