We then learn of the lead up and details surrounding Jeff's tragic death at the hands of the Mississippi River, we analyse the posthumous album "Sketches For My Sweetheart The Drunk" and the legacy he left behind, led by his mother Mary and his close friends and band mates. As we celebrate the life and music of this once in a generational talent that was simply taken way too soon at just the age of 30.
