How can I be supportive? This is a questions I get from parents, loved ones, partners, and friends. We're lucky to have people that want to help us, that want to find a solution, that want to help eliminate our anxiety. We know that sometimes if you've never experienced anxiety, it's hard to understand. It's hard to see what our loved ones are going through and sometimes we feel helpless.
