Stop consuming too much anxiety content. Find what works for you, if it's helping stick to that. Don't over load yourself with reading about anxiety too much. This can be counter productive. Learn about the brain, learn, listen to your body, and then start doing the work. Do not get consumed with too many techniques and theories.
