In this episode of the Fit For Golf Podcast I am joined by Paul Brumley. Paul is a 76 year old golf fanatic who has turned his golf, fitness, and health around in the last 2 and a half years. He has lost 67lbs, overcome serious injuries, and has improved his handicap from 16 to 9. His story is inspiring and one I felt compelled to share.
