She has lectured nationally and internationally about the role of nutrition in chronic disease and acts as faculty for the Autism Research Institute and the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs. Vicki makes the case for preconception planning and prenatal nutrition in reducing the risk of chronic illnesses in children.
