Every year we get terribly overexcited for the Great British Bake Off and discuss it at length on the pod. So here we are, turning it into its own spin off so we can dissect each episode properly. Signature: Crème caramels Esther’s not too pleased with Dan’s Thai take on a crème caramel, while Holly reckons she’d give it a try. We discuss horrible hot dogs and whether you can make sourdough out of anything. Technical: Orange treacle puddings Well, this was a turn up for the books. We’ve got some choice words for Paul Hollywood here, as we argue that the bakers may have been set up to fail with this particular challenge. Consider yourself roasted, PAUL.
