This 5 MINUTE & 6 SECOND mini NITTY-GRITTY episode explores this provocative and powerful question and idea; How do you identify the "pollinators" in your "ecosystem" and partner with them. Why? Because you need "pollinators," you need "bees." You must engage and enlist the people who influence other people early and often. You need the people that others tend to look to, are naturally attracted to or have an affinity for in your "ecosystem" to help spread the "word." So take your idea to them first. Let them smell it. Let them taste it. Let them touch it and let them "rub up" against that idea in such a way that when you start to try to communicate that idea or that strategy or that new thing you want to do, they come alongside when you're not there and they "pollinate" and help grow and fertilize it.
