The Sigalovada Suttra is one of my favorites because it talks about one of the most important aspects of our lives - friendships! More specifically, it clearly breakdowns the characteristics of people that aren't good for us and those that are. In part one of this sutra, we cover four types of legitimately bad friends and what makes them unhealthy and toxic to our lives.
