Helen is a 63 year old life-long competitive athlete, a flight attendant, a certified personal trainer, an IFBB body building pro, a certified wine specialist, a cancer survivor, a nutrition coach, and host of the Age is Irrelevant podcast. Helen is also a published fitness model and writer, and has been featured in magazines such as Oxygen, Define, Center Stage, Up Front, and Max Sports & Fitness. Recently Helen was chosen to be an Elite Ambassador for Oxygen Fitness Magazine. She believes that age is irrelevant to pursue goals, dreams and desires. At age 56 she entered her first body building show and earned her pro card on her sixtieth birthday by placing first in a national show.
