Regret is a challenging feeling, but it can be transformational. Dora explains how to focus on the lessons provided by regret, and to let go of the storylines that often come with it. Dora Kamau holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Psychiatric Nursing. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher and is working to complete her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher training this fall.
