Today, Sam begins her segment on the Eightfold Path, a group of Buddhist teachings designed to help us with whatever life throws our way. This first episode is all about using our words more mindfully. Sam has taught mindfulness and social emotional learning to teens, families and adults all over the world for more than 12 years. She obtained her master’s degrees in clinical and educational psychology from Columbia University, and an M.S. in emotion science from Mid-Sweden University.
