When we make mistakes, it can be easy to feel judged by others. Sam talks about how we can judge ourselves less harshly when we don't live up to certain expectations, and how to give others grace, too. Sam has taught mindfulness and social emotional learning to teens, families and adults all over the world for more than 12 years. She obtained her master’s degrees in clinical and educational psychology from Columbia University, and an M.S. in emotion science from Mid-Sweden University.
