In prior roles at Accenture and LinkedIn she’s led programs in a wide range of talent management areas including diverse succession planning, recruitment, retention, cultural awareness and employee development and advancement. She currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Recruitment at ServiceNow, building their first diversity recruiting function and team from the ground up. Kathy graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Learning & Organizational Change. She also serves as on the Board of Directors for Chicago SHRM as the Director of Diversity. Kathy lives in the Chicago area with her husband, 3 kids. About the Host: Erin Diehl is the founder and Chief “Yes, And” officer of improve it! and host of the failed it! Podcast.
