After studying in yeshiva at Ateres Yisroel in Bayit Vegan, Kfar Chabad, Kollel in New York and in Melbourne Australia. Rabbi Vigler received Smicha from the Chief Rabbinate in Eretz Yisroel and Shimush L'Rabbonus in various areas of Halacha.
