I know it's a taboo topic to bring up with a women, but I would like to challenge your beliefs behind a number no one else needs to know, except for you! Why is that number so important to you? Why do you give it so much power over how you feel about your body? And why do you try to deny what size you wear? I had a follower on Instagram reach out to me asking me to do an episode on the topic of sizing charts. She was specifically frustrated about a 31 inch waist being a size 10 last summer and now being a size 12! She wanted to know why this keeps happening and how she can deal with it mentally.
