They are both extremely experienced healthcare professionals and bring an excellent insight into the inner workings of a very complex system. They also both, very kindly, gave an hour and a half of their time to talk about many things including; The enormous profit disparity between a preventative approach and medical treatment. The rising cost of healthcare. The benefits of the US system compared to other systems, (Yes there are some), and the downsides. The big problems patients and medical staff come across.
